We want every ShilaShot™ pack to reach you in perfect condition, so you can enjoy your daily ritual with confidence. As a consumable product, returns are accepted only on unopened, sealed items, to ensure safety and hygiene.

Orders that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect will be promptly replaced or refunded. Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (return postage applies).

Refunds are processed swiftly back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
